1974 F100 4x4 "OL' Blue" Charity Event

Rules:

o This Event “OL BLUE” is being organized to help people on the Autism Spectrum and people with Mental Health issues at the individual and family levels through BTD2020.org. We truly appreciate your participation. But we need to get the official guidelines out of the way, so here it is in plain and simple terms.

o This Event is open to the public. In accordance with our State Regulations a paper ticket must be issued by us (BTD2020.org) at point of sale for every purchase. We reserve the right to amend rules if they are found to be out of line with applicable regulations, but the prize/prizes will NOT change. Rules are also on the website btd2020.org under Upcoming Events “OL BLUE”.

· Winner has 3 calendar days to claim prize, after which an alternate winner well be chosen

· Winner of “OL BLUE” must have Valid DL and be over 18yrs of age at time of Drawing.

· THERE IS ABOSULUTLY NO REFUNDS AFTER POINT OF SALE.

· PLEASE PLAY RESPONSIBILITY.

· Void where prohibited.

· Ticket prices:

·  Donation tickets: $20ea

· Online purchase:  The website purchase options, and pricing are listed on our website. In accordance with our state’s regulations Every Ticket purchase requires BTD2020.org to issue a paper ticket. The rules and options to obtain ticket/tickets after purchase are listed in rules below.

Online purchases:

This Charity Event is open to the public and want to make sure even the medically compromised have a fair chance to participate in the event while minimizing risk of exposure to Covid 19. Following are the online rules we have put in place in simple terms. In accordance with our states guidelines for this event every person must receive a paper ticket from BTD2020.org.

Please carefully read the rules below:

We are offering 3 choices for claiming your ticket after purchase:

1. BTD2020.org can hold Ticket/Tickets (with invoice number attached). Proof of Identity and/or proof of purchase is required for ticket pick up.

2. Ticket/Tickets can be picked up on one of our dedicated ticket pick up dates to be posted on website. Proof of Identity and/or proof of purchase is required for ticket pick up.

3. Ticket/Tickets can be shipped to address on invoice by also choosing Option 4 on ticket choices (additionally shipping and handling fees apply, cannot be shipped to PO Box). Tickets must be shipped by private carrier (can not be mailed by USPS, in accordance to their regulations). As of 05/25/2022 shipping will no longer be availble.

Winners do not have to be present to win and have 3 Calendar days to claim prize.

It is your choice to purchase tickets, and responsibility to know laws/regulations in your area before purchasing a ticket, if after sale it is found that ticket sale is not allowed in your area the ticket charge will be converted to a donation. We reserve the right to amend rules if they are found to be out of line with applicable regulations, but the prize/prizes will NOT change.
