o This Event “OL BLUE” is being organized to help people on the Autism Spectrum and people with Mental Health issues at the individual and family levels through BTD2020.org. We truly appreciate your participation. But we need to get the official guidelines out of the way, so here it is in plain and simple terms.
o This Event is open to the public. In accordance with our State Regulations a paper ticket must be issued by us (BTD2020.org) at point of sale for every purchase. We reserve the right to amend rules if they are found to be out of line with applicable regulations, but the prize/prizes will NOT change.
